Currently based in Manhattan, Improv in the Park is an eight-week

improv course that is taught completely outdoors!

Learn the basics of the improv art form while exploring a different park in NYC every week!

All experience levels are welcome, we especially encourage newer artists who want to learn the tried and true fundamentals of improv comedy in a brand new setting.

About the teacher

Josh Curwen has over 10 years of stand-up and improv comedy experience, as well as acting, performing in New York City, Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, and Milwaukee, WI.

Taught by world-class professionals such Ryan Stiles from “Who’s line is it anyways” and legendary voice actor Steve Blum, Josh has honed his skills to become a teacher who specializes in bringing out the funniest and most confident version of you.
